About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates local functions’ assessment/implementation of policies & procedures, identifying gaps and remediation plans
  • Performs quality assurance on remediated issues
  • Support local management during internal/external audit
  • Support local functions in proactive risks identification and mitigation
  • Status report of activities and key topics to local CFO, Country Leadership Team and to the Region GRC manager
  • Coordinates the escalation of requests/issues at Region/Area/Group SME
  • Collaborates within the GRC professional family for development of best practice
  • Partner with function heards to ensure governance of standards (policies and procedures)
  • Own risk management (risks identification, compensating controls) process end to end with support from managerial and function management
  • Support functions in driving compliance (internal audit and remediation plan)
  • Accountable for fraud risks management

Who we are looking for:

Education:

Degree in Economics, Audit or similar, Chartered Accountant

Experience:

  • 5 years in major Audit firms or Internal Audit department of multinational or
  • 5 years in a Company (similar industry) doing risk / fraud assessment, implementing policies & procedures, controls assessment and reviews
  • Business processes (FMCG industry)

  • Finance and IT knowledge (SAP preferred)

English language: mother tongue / fluent
