About the Role:


We are looking for a Manisa based Food Technologist who is going to report to Technologist.


What We Offer:

•    A 4-year structured Graduate Program to develop talents who are willing to have an international career in Operations
•    Exciting roles and projects across the Operations organization under the supervision of Ferrero leaders
•    An initial period of two years in the Manisa Plant followed by a first international assignment to develop and expand your knowledge as part of our Ferrero Family and to embrace the Ferrero ways of working in producing our iconic products and ensuring that they reach our Consumers
•    The possibility to continue an international career following the completion of the Program


The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Main Responsibilities:

•    Collecting and analyzing  production data with the aim of identifying areas to continuous improvement of quality and efficiency, decreasing/eliminating rejected products
•    Responsible for the correct application of process consistency (dosage, timelines, critical parameters, etc.,) regarding the product specification/requirements
•    Providing technical support for production teams and solving problems
•    Defining the preliminary conditions for conducting tests and lead trials on the line with focus on industrial production
•    Defining the process standards / process parameters
•    Contributing with new ideas and projects for the continuous improvement of the process and lines
•    Training and updating on subject to involving the technological and production process (in strict collaboration with the production, quality, maintenance)
•    Assessing and defining the process monitoring needed
•    Assisting production in procedure and SOP creation and implementation

Who We are Looking For:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Food Chemistry with a high final score. Master’s degree is highly preferred
•    Max 1 year experience
•    First practical work experience (e.g., internships or voluntary activities) would be a plus
•    Strong user skills in MS Office 
•    Fluency in written and spoken English
•    Great passion and interest in the food industry sector 
•    Curiosity, openness and intercultural competence 
•    Committed, logical and process-oriented work approach 
•    A real desire for international mobility
•    Enthusiasm and desire to develop as an individual as well as develop the capability of the operation 
•    A passion for problem solving and identifying creative solutions to challenges
•    The ability and dedication to complete the graduate program
•    A demonstrable desire to learn new skills 
•    Great communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with key internal stakeholders
•    Good numerical skills with an interest and ability to analyze data
