About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Organization Intern to support our team in Manisa plant. This role will be working with 11 months fixed term contract.

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide general administrative support to the People and Organization team as needed,
  • Assist in the administration of SAP FE3 procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.
  • Support the team in managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing,
  • Participate in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling,
  • Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of employee records and HR databases,
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures,
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Who we are looking for:

 

  • New graduate preferably from Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields,
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and principles,
  • Familiarity with SAP FE3 or other procurement systems is a plus,(eagerness to learn is also acceptable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Strong attention to details with good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information,
  • Fluency both in written and spoken English and Turkish.
