About the Role:

   

   What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Take an active role in implementing autonomous work teams, including delivering training sessions and supporting onboarding for operators 
  • Ensure the application of lean manufacturing practices (e.g., 5S, Autonomous Maintenance) on production lines in collaboration with autonomous teams 
  • Contribute to loss analysis activities, identify improvement opportunities, and help ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively 
  • Work closely with production teams on the suggestion system, supporting its development and ongoing monitoring 
  • Within the TPM framework, support the integration of the Focused Improvement pillar with other pillars, and conduct data analysis and reporting using a loss tree approach

Who we are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic 3rd and 4th-year bachelor’s or master's students (Preferably from Industrial Engineering)
  • Ready to join us for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week) for a period of 6 to 11 months
  • Candidates with a keen interest in the food industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience
  • Excellent communicators with problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
  • Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, and process-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of Power BI
  • Proficiency in both English and Turkish (verbal and written) is a must
