About the Role:

We are looking for a Raw Material and Packaging Procurement Specialist based in Manisa to join our team at Ferrero. This position will report directly to the Raw Material and Packaging Procurement Manager.
Please find the responsibilities and qualifications below.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Procure raw and packaging materials under optimal conditions regarding price, quality, delivery, and sustainability, following centrally defined guidelines
•    Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers and materials that meet Ferrero’s standards, while closely monitoring local market trends
•    Support annual tenders promptly, ensuring business continuity and compliance with internal procedures and Ferrero’s Code of Business Conduct
•    Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments (Legal, Quality, Category Leads, etc.) to manage stakeholders, contracts, and claims
•    Maintain and enhance relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continuity and resolve any critical issues
•    Support cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of all procurement-related tasks, including material trials
•    Monitor suppliers’ performance in terms of commercial behavior, logistics, production, quality, costs, service levels, and volumes to ensure reliability
•    Create and follow up on purchase orders, and perform data maintenance including vendor creation via SAP
•    Prepare and manage contracts, RFIs, RFQs, and all relevant documentation as per Group procurement guidelines
•    Manage monthly and annual procurement reporting requirements

Who we are looking for:

•    Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields)
•    Preferably 5+ years of experience in a similar procurement role
•    Strong understanding of legal and financial aspects of procurement
•    Excellent project management and analytical skills
•    Outstanding negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
•    Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
•    Fluency in both Turkish and English
•    No travel restrictions
