About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Plant PMO to join our Ferrero factory in Manisa—home to some of the world’s most beloved brands, including Nutella, Kinder Pingui, and Kinder Milk-Slice.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Plant Manager, supporting governance and driving coordination across multiple departments to ensure operational excellence and alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Plant Manager to define and implement the plant’s governance structure (e.g., meetings), ensuring effective coordination across all departments and stakeholders
- Support the development of the Plant’s Master Plan, identifying strategic priorities, shaping a 3-year roadmap, and consolidating departmental inputs in alignment with Central/Area teams
- Monitor and track progress of Master Plan initiatives in collaboration with the plant leadership team
- Lead the local budgeting process and oversee ongoing performance tracking through regular monthly closure meetings, ensuring alignment across all SQCDME dimensions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by supporting internal communication initiatives, including plant presentations, visits, workshops, and team activities
- Act as Project Manager for major cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration and promoting structured project management practices across the organization
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
- Approximately 8 years or more of relevant work experience preferred
- Proven operational leadership skills, with experience in management systems and complex project delivery
- Strong people and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build and align diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Turkish
