About the Role:

If so, we’d love to have you on board as our Continuous Improvement Specialist within our Continuous Improvement team in our Manisa plant.
As a key player in our team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to transform our production systems and processes. Your insights and strategic approach will help us achieve industrial excellence, creating lasting value for our operations and transformation of our plant under SMART Factory program.

Main Responsibilities:
- Champion a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams to promote Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, driving the evolution of our processes.
- Lead Impactful Projects within FOX (Ferrero Operational Excellence): Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect ideas and implement improvement projects that deliver measurable results.
- Train and Educate: Organize and deliver Lean and FOX trainings to elevate operational knowledge across the plant.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable project activities, ensuring alignment with our objectives.
- Manage Cross-Functional Projects: Lead plant-wide initiatives to optimize efficiency and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate on Global and Local Projects: Work with different departments to assess the scope of projects, determining their local or global impact, and guiding their implementation.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or a related field)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing or production is a plus)
- Solid understanding of 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, VSM and Lean Manufacturing processes
- PowerBI knowledge is a plus
- Excellent analytical thinking and project management skills with problem solving ability
- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Turkish
