Your main tasks & responsibilities:


As Controlling Manager, you will have the supervision and the responsibility of all the activities performed by the Scandinavian Controlling team. Your main tasks & responsibilities will center on:


  • Month/Year-end closing process:
    Guarantee the accuracy of month/year-end closing process, with regards among others to the calculation of provisions and ensuring the Numero Unico between FI and CO, working in close contact with Administration and Finance

  • Preparation of institutional scenarios:
    Prepares Budget/SAF in cooperation with the Local departments and formulates periodical P&L and cash flow projections, business plans, forecasts. Support the local CFO in the preparation of presentations to local/Region/Area management team.

  • Financial reporting:
    Delivers reports to the CFO on the agreed indicators and in the agreed upon standard and schedule. Deliver accurate reports to the local stakeholders and analyze variances versus Budget/SAF and previous years

  • Trade terms and promotions:
    Oversee all the activities related to client Conditions and Discounts, ensuring that accruals are IFRS compliant, bonus settlements are reconciled and ensuring the compliance of the local process with the Group Commercial Policy.

  • Business analyses:
    Assist in analyzing launch of new products or modification of existing products and any other business simulation, liaising with other departments and providing the best estimations.

  • People development:
    Coordination and development of team members. Knowledge building and sharing, through mentoring and coaching activities. Driver of key trainings on tools and processes within the controlling team. Ensures that all members of the control department have clearly defined roles and accountabilities and that personal development plans are in place to enable smooth achievement of departmental goals

  • Internal controls:
    Supports the implementation and development of internal financial controls in line with the Group GRC Objectives

  • Improvement of IT systems:
    Ensure constant update of IT systems to guarantee their suitability for financial and controlling activities. Support to the implementation of new IT projects

What we hope You will bring:


  • Masters Degree in Finance
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role
  • Experience or general awareness of the FMCG industry
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Knowledge of SAP (preferred FI/CO, ML)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
