Ferrero Scandinavia is looking for a Customer Service & Logistic Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team in the Nordic headquarter located in Malmö.


 

Main Responsibilities:


As Customer Service & Logistic Specialist you will be supporting our Nordic market by ensuring a high-quality Order Management and delivery processes. You will be responsible for creating and verifying sales orders, deliveries and returns in SAP, as well as monitor customer deliveries in coordination with our 3PL.

You will maintain the materials database for each customer and be in charge of customs declarations. In addition, you will be responsible for the monitoring and correcting of EDI messages, handling invoices and purchase order management.

In terms of Reporting and KPIs, you will run regular analyses and reporting, as well as provide KPIs to assess our 3PL performances.

In regards of Inventory Management, you will optimize logistics flows and warehouse stock, maintain and correct documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods in SAP.
You will perform daily reconciliation of supplier stock while examining discrepancies, and conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

You have …
… 2-3 years’ experience in logistics or customer service, ideally gained within FMCG.
… literacy in English (Group language), if You know any Scandinavian language this is considered a merit.
… strong computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
