Ferrero Scandinavia is looking for a Business Controller to join the Finance Team in our Nordic HQ.

In this role you will be working with all Nordic Markets, supporting the Nordic business by preparing and analyzing business reports as well as collecting and presenting relevant data to provide a clear and accurate view of business performance and market trends.
Together with your controller colleagues you will be supporting the monitoring of business activities, including the purchase of materials and services, product sales, marketing activities and fixed cost analysis. This involves daily supervision of business operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to predetermined budget targets.
You will assist the Controlling Manager and the CFO in financial analysis and in the preparation of detailed reports, which includes verifying the accuracy of accounting data, conducting in-depth analyses of financial performance, and maintaining up-to-date critical business information. You will also be managing prices and conducting price simulations to evaluate the impact of price changes on profit margins and market competitiveness.  


Your main tasks will be:

  • Prepares Budget/Forecast in cooperation with the local departments and formulate periodical P&L, cash flow projections and business plans
  • Deliver periodic reports to the Controlling Manger about the financial performance of the Company, prepare accurate reports to the local and HQ stakeholders and analyze variances versus Budget/SAF and previous years
  • Lead the financial analysis of a launch of new products or modification of existing products and any other business simulation, liaising with other departments
  • Maintain relationships, respect reports, and adhere to deadlines shared with the headquarters in Luxembourg, including the Group Reporting department, Europe Area, and Multi-Country Region
  • Support the Controlling team, ensuring that development plans are in place to enable smooth achievement of departmental goals
     

Your Profile:


In order to succeed in this position we believe you have:

  • Master’s degree in Business or Economics;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling (preferable experience in a Headquartered function/international company);
  • Accounting & Controlling Skills;
  • IFRS principles knowledge;
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in a Nordic language is a merit
     

IT Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Power Point);
  • Advanced user of SAP FI/CO;
  • Advanced user of Essbase/HFM;
