About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an UNICODES Deployment Management. You will oversee stock allocation, obsolescence management, and critical issue resolution, while coordinating with IT systems. The role involves close collaboration with central and local Supply Chain and Business Units.

Main Responsibilities:

As part of this role, you will ensure effective deployment of unicodes by providing clear guidelines to the Plant Operating Planning team across Europe and supporting other regions when needed. You will adjust deployment rules to align with business constraints, switching between push and pull logic during specific periods. Additionally, you will be responsible for fairly allocating available stock based on forecasted demand and shared priorities.

Thanks to your organizational skills, you will monitor and manage stock age and obsolescence across plants to maintain product freshness and reduce risks of waste. You will push out the stock as much as possible to market and investigate any remaining stock issues to address root causes effectively. In collaboration with plant planners, you will oversee unicode SKU activities, resolve alerts at industrial locations, and request short-term production adjustments when necessary to address shortages or overproduction and to ensure priority handling.

You will act as a point of contact for IT systems, supervising tickets and ensuring timely feedback on open system issues. Close collaboration with Plant Operating Planning, the Plant Industrial Supply Chain, and Business Units will be key to maintaining alignment and achieving objectives efficiently.

Who we are looking for:

You hold a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields and have 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in distribution and production planning. Familiarity with SAP APO and SAP ECC is an additional asset. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English are also required, Greman, French or any other languages is a plus.

Thanks to your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively, you will handle priorities efficiently and maintain accountability in your tasks. Your aptitude for building relationships and collaborating across various service functions will support the team's objectives.

You will be expected to analyze and synthesize information, providing clear and concise summaries for others. A self-motivated attitude and a natural leadership approach will enable you to contribute effectively to the team's success.
