Supply Chain & Central Operations People Business Partner

About the Role:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, we are looking for a Global People Business Partner (PBP) - Supply Chain & Central Lux Operations functions for enhancing the development, management and execution of key HR processes and projects to support the evolution of mentioned functions in a growing, dynamic and diversified environment. 

Main Responsibilities:

As the PBP for the areas of responsibility, you will lead initiatives for fostering continuous evolution of assigned functions, ensuring consistency with the strategic Group objectives. 
In relation, you will support related organizations to develop the capabilities required by the increasing business scale and complexity in alignment with Group guidelines. 
 
Moreover, you will partner with Central and Region stakeholders assuring the proper and harmonized implementation of key Group HR processes (i.e. Talent management, Reward/Salary Review, Workforce planning, reporting and other). 
You will support Central and Regional stakeholders in designing the HR Roadmap and deploying it through the masterplan process. You will also collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to proactively develop programs and solutions. 
In addition, you will coordinate and support the planning and execution of international mobility processes, from management reviews and definition of profiles till the onboarding/induction plan. 
 
Actively supporting the management on specific projects and leading HR related change management initiatives defined at Group/Area level will also be part of your role.  
You will also coordinate key transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing organization capabilities for the assigned functions. 
Last but not least, you will leverage your data analytics skills, aiming at maximizing the usage of HR data platforms and driving actions based on data insights. 

About You:

You bring a strong educational background and 8–10 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner within Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions in the FMCG industry. With solid experience in coordinating key HR processes such as performance management, employee development, training, recruitment, salary review, and workforce planning or reporting, you are confident managing both strategic and operational priorities. Your natural curiosity to understand the business enables you to act as a true partner, aligning people initiatives with organizational goals and contributing to overall business success.  

 

You combine this curiosity with a structured, growth-oriented mindset that helps you manage multiple projects effectively while continuously seeking improvement. This role will also offer you the opportunity to further develop your skills in change management, supporting transformation initiatives and organizational evolution. Data-oriented and analytically minded, you use insights to guide decision-making and strengthen HR strategies.  

 

Your strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build trusting relationships and manage senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility. Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven, you easily identify areas for improvement and propose practical, impactful solutions. Thriving in multicultural environments, you enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams and are fluent in English.
