About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Reward Specialist to join our Luxembourg Reward team.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will prepare salary proposals and share them with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) while maintaining and updating the salary proposal database.
You will support the Short-Term Incentive (STI) campaign by ensuring the correct scorecard assignment and proper individual objectives.

Additionally, you will assist in all stages of the year-end salary review process, including data checks, system updates, promotions, STI calculation, and communications.
You will also support the job evaluation process and maintain the job grading database.

Following internal guidelines, you will manage reward data exchanges and STI pro-rata for international movements.
You will prepare reward reports and conduct analysis to support decision-making and policy development.
You will as well contribute to projects such as Total Reward and Employee Central.

Finally, you will collaborate with HR Administration and HR Information System team to ensure data accuracy and enhance digital tools.
You will also provide timely support to HRBPs on reward topics.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields, along with 3-5 years of experience in Reward or other HR roles. 

You demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present reward data clearly.
You are a good communicator, well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion. 

Additionally, you are proficient in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft Office and you are fluent in English.
