About the Role:

Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg is seeking a Tax Manager for Multi-Countries region in Europe. In this role, you will ensure that domestic tax obligations are met. You will contribute to tax and customs optimization efforts at the regional and country levels. By monitoring relevant tax laws and regulations, you will assess their impact on the business and identify potential risks and opportunities. Your ability to establish effective processes and actions will support the proper management of these areas.


You will also oversee tax inquiries, audits, and litigations, ensuring alignment with the Group’s policies and objectives. Additionally, you will implement the Group Tax Policies and serve as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders regarding tax matters in the region. This role requires a proactive approach to compliance and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
 

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to identify and manage tax risks. Thanks to your analytical skills, you will monitor changes in tax legislation, assess their impact on the business, and recommend appropriate actions to line managers. You will also implement the Group Tax Policies, ensuring proper frameworks are in place and serving as a key point of reference for internal and external stakeholders.
You will supervise international and domestic tax matters, including transfer pricing, tax reporting, and compliance. This involves working with the finance team, tax advisors, and authorities to prepare documentation, respond to audits, and align with Group strategies. You will also oversee the preparation of tax filings, forecasts, and statutory reporting while ensuring coordination with Group and regional leadership.
You will coordinate with the Group Customs Department and act as the point of contact during audits. If managing a team, you will also ensure their professional development, promote effective communication, and support a collaborative working environment.
 

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional with at least 10 years of experince in tax risk management, compliance, and advisory functions, particularly in an international context. You have a strong understanding of tax regulations, customs policies, and transfer pricing, as well as experience in identifying and mitigating tax risks while ensuring compliance with changing legislation applied for European Countries.
Thanks to your analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively, you will provide strategic support to various departments, advising on tax implications of activities, projects, and investments. You should have a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
Your drive for results is evident in your proactive approach to identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and implementing solutions. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which allow you to build and maintain strong relationships.
