About the Role:


For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a Raw Materials Supply Chain S&OP Analyst. In this role you will be focused on managing specific responsibilities within the Raw Materias & Semifinished Material Management function.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for consolidating mid-to-long-term raw material consumption requirements and ensuring monthly alignment with Raw Material Procurement and Industrial for your assigned category. Additionally, you will engage with strategic suppliers to discuss long-term needs and capacity for selected commodities, depending on the supplier segmentation strategy.
Thanks to your expertise, you will manage stock coverage analysis for commodities with a Strategic Raw Material Warehouse, working closely with Procurement. You will also contribute to budget preparation analysis based on the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Your role will involve collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including Raw Material Procurement, manufacturing sites, supply chains, and suppliers.

Who we are looking for:

You hold a Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.  You have 5-7 years of experience in industrial type of planning (capacity, purchasing etc.), and/or raw materials planning, logistics.  

You will bring advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, to analyze data efficiently. Your ERP knowledge, particularly in SAP MM and SD modules, will be beneficial, and fluency in spoken and written English is required.
You will utilize your data analysis capabilities to support various projects and work within a global, corporate environment, contributing to a culturally diverse team. Your experience in project and change management will help you navigate the complexities of a matrix management environment.
Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting will be key to your success in this role. Competence in other languages will be considered an advantage.
