About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Procurement & Hazelnut Company Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist.
By covering this position, you will cover different responsibilities to ensure that Procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and risk averse.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your expertise, you will support company functions in identifying and prioritizing risks at both company and process levels.
You will identify the need for policies and procedures (P&P) to address risk mitigation activities and foster the design of cross-functional standards within the process.
You will also assist in the process assessment practice.
Moreover, your role will be to support internal audits by helping function managers plan, execute, and set up remediation plans for internal audits at the Group level.
Additionally, you will monitor audit results from various areas and regions, supporting the design of action plans.
You will facilitate the proactive sharing of applicable issues and risk mitigation practices across regions and areas.
Finally, you will ensure the Function Head has a solid process to monitor the status of internal control activities, including governance, open risks, actions versus objectives, and re-planning where relevant.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, Legal or similar with 1-3 years of experience in auditing, finance or compliance within a consultancy company or industry.
You are showing strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex data.
Excellent communicator, you are capable of planning, organizing and managing tasks across multiple functions and companies with a sense of urgency and accountability.
On top of that, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI and your fluency in English.
