About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Organization & Improvement Manager for the Finance department. From this role you will report to the Organization & Improvement Manager for Management Services.

Main Responsibilities:

Your role aims to support the respective Organization & Improvement (OI) Responsible in the analysis, design and implementation (including change management and project management) of the organizational development initiatives with regards to organizational structures, processes, operational models, improvement and transformation initiatives.
Your work will be performed in close collaboration with the assigned Function (Finance) in the definition of the organizational strategy that best support the business strategy while ensuring consistent organizational design and with related stakeholders within the HR&OI professional family.
As the Organization & Improvement Manager for Finance you will support in the analysis, design and implementation of the organizational development initiatives (including Leadership meeting’s documents preparation, Function’s stakeholder coordination, Organizational Announcements and Operative Notes preparation, etc.).
 

Who we are looking for:

In this role, you will be an active part of team, bringing your educational background and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or any other related fields and 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, advisory or companies within HQ functions, Finance and Organization.
Your strong methodological and proactive approach, together with a problem-solving and result-oriented attitude are crucial to succeed in this role working independently on multiple fronts in a dynamic environment and interacting with different people across organizational levels, including senior functions’ referents. 
Experience or strong familiarity with Finance scope of work and operating model as well as previous experience on Organization development programs/ transformation are key especially if within the FMCG industry.
Your experience and passion for process and harmonization and your deep knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies and tools will help you to achieve the role’s objectives.
Your fluency in English, serves to interact within a multicultural context.
