About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a People Business Partner (PBP) – Operations Planning and Health & Safety.  

This role aims to enhance the development, management and execution of key HR processes and projects to support the evolution of mentioned functions in a growing, dynamic and diversified environment. 

Main Responsibilities:

As the PBP for the areas of responsibility, you will lead initiatives for fostering continuous evolution of assigned functions, ensuring consistency with the strategic Group objectives.  
You will support related organizations to develop the capabilities required by the increasing business scale and complexity in alignment with Group guidelines.

Moreover, you will partner with Central and Region stakeholders assuring the proper and harmonized implementation of key Group HR processes (i.e. Talent management, Reward/Salary Review, Workforce planning, reporting and other) while supporting Central and Regional stakeholders in designing the HR Roadmap and deploying it through the masterplan process.
You will also collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to proactively develop programs and solutions.

In addition, you will coordinate and support the planning and execution of international mobility processes, from management reviews and definition of profiles till the onboarding and induction plan. Actively supporting the management on specific projects and leading HR related change management initiatives defined at Group and Area level will also be part of your role.
Last but not least, you will leverage your data analytics skills, aiming at maximizing the usage of HR data platforms and driving actions based on data insights. 

About You:

You will bring your educational background with 5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Supply Chain or other related functions of the FMCG industry.
Your experience in coordinating key HR processes, such as performance management, development, training, recruitment, salary review processes and workforce planning/reporting will help you meet this role’s objectives.

Additionally, you are able to manage daily operations and multiple priorities while keeping a strategic perspective on the function’s long-term development. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you build effective business relationships with senior stakeholders.

Finally, you are a results-driven self-starter, comfortable working autonomously when needed. With a proactive mindset, you will identify areas for improvement and propose development solutions. 
You will also bring your fluency in English.
