About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for My Perfect Store and Operations Development Manager to develop My PS tools, operation and dashboarding across market and channels.
Main Responsibilities:
With your experience in developing tools and refining operational workflows, you’ll contribute to enhancing the My Perfect Store (MyPS) framework. Thanks to your understanding of Category strategic guidelines, you will keep the MyPS Blueprint consistently updated and ensure that our Salesforce Automation (SFA) solution remains aligned with the MyPS framework's ongoing evolution. Your focus on creating smooth, efficient processes will help bring the Group MyPerfect Store framework into the market.
In this role, you’ll support key SFA implementation projects, including exploring innovative functionalities like Shelf Image Recognition. You’ll also manage and continuously refresh MyPS training, ensuring that every team member has access to the most current resources. The My Perfect Store approach will also rely on your expertise to seamlessly integrate into distributor management BBP (Best Business Practices) and related assessments.
Your analytical skills will come into play in defining and establishing the MyPS dashboard framework, both centrally and at the local level. You’ll ensure that Category Management objectives are embedded within the MyPS dashboard and that it provides reliable, timely performance updates for all stakeholders. Through these efforts, your role will be essential in maintaining a dynamic, actionable overview of our performance.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your solid background in trade marketing, category management, and a broad field sales expertise, you’ll bring a deep understanding of business intelligence, and the insights required to drive impactful initiatives. Your experience in the FMCG sector gives you the perspective to navigate this industry’s unique challenges and opportunities, building on 7 to 10 years of hands-on knowledge.
With a university degree supporting your analytical skills, you’ll effectively interpret complex data and translate insights into actions that align with our goals. Your grasp of the "perfect store" concept will enable you to refine strategies that elevate in-store execution, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
You will feel at ease working within a matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster an agile and responsive approach. This experience will empower you to manage and adapt to shifting priorities, maintaining a focus on shared objectives within a dynamic environment.
