About the Role:
In our Luxembourg Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist, to attract the best talents and enhance our visibility as employer.
The position reports to the Recruitment Center Manager and is part of a brand team that is in charge of Recruitment, Employer Branding and Onboarding activities for Ferrero Luxembourg Global HQ.
Main Responsibilities:
Covering this position, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities for our HQ functions in order to attract the best talents to our organization.
In this respect, you will independently manage the full selection process, from the kick-off and the collection of the brief, the advertisement of the vacancy and the applications screening to the organization and lead of interviews, the completion of the assessment of each candidate and the issuing of the feedback.
In any recruitment journey, partnering with and ensuring excellent experience for all stakeholders (i.e., Candidate, Line Manager, HRBP) will be a key driver.
Step by step, you will guarantee a transparent, effective, consistent, structured and fully digitalised process, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Moreover, you will enhance the communication of our employer brand through different activities. This will allow you to build initiatives and coordinate projects included in our local employer branding roadmap and is particularly suitable for self-starters.
We are strengthening partnerships in many geographics areas, as with Universities and Job fairs.
We are also building and managing our social media content calendar in alignment with Internal/Corporate Communication departments and the Group strategy. You will be working with agencies and internal stakeholders to generate and organize different contents that will engage our audience and contribute to the longer-term editorial plan. Your tools will be social media, digital marketing techniques and your creative skills!
Finally, you will be responsible for the quality of the digital data and KPIs related to both Recruitment and Employer Branding activities, that you will have to collect, analyze and communicate to our top management.
This will allow our leaders and decision makers to plan and deploy further strategies more effectively.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your degree in Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communication or related and your 2-4 years of experience as Recruiter or Employer Branding/Talent Acquisition Specialist or HR Business Partner.
You will succeed in the position thanks to your knowledge of the best channels and tools for candidates’ attraction and to your understanding of basic Marketing principles, together with your curiosity about market trends.
You are a creative, flexible, results-oriented, problem-solver Brand Ambassador, with excellent communication skills and networking attitude.
You are a good team player, with a high level of autonomy and the capability to manage processes and stakeholders at different levels of the organisation, thanks to your strategic global mindset.
Your storytelling capabilities combine with your analytical skills and your attention to quality and systems literacy, passion for numbers, new technologies and data-driven approach will be a great asset for us.
