About the Role:

Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking a talented Kinder Digital Marketing Manager - Applications & Games to join the Kinder Digital team for 12 months. In this role, you will report directly to the Kinder Digital Marketing Manager. You will collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, IT, PR, Media, and Legal. Additionally, you will coordinate with key external partners such as gaming production companies, digital agencies and universities. 

Main Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Manager for Applications & Games, you will develop and oversee comprehensive digital strategies for major brands, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and cutting-edge marketing and technical solutions. 

 

Moreover, you will provide strategic leadership for the lifecycle management of digital platforms and mobile games, directing cross-functional teams, and overseeing complex technical integrations. 

 

In this role, you will also drive the creation, execution, and optimization of branded content strategies across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistent evaluation of marketing impact and technical delivery. 

 

Finally, you will collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to define and champion strategic digital initiatives, serving as the key advisor for high-stakes decision-making processes. 

Who we are looking for:

You bring knowledge from an advanced degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or Computer Science, combined with a minimum 4 years of experience and a proven track record of leadership in digital transformation.  

 

Your experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within digital products teams, digital development agencies or digital gaming companies, will be crucial. Your expertise in directing complex digital projects and teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments will be complemented by your strong strategic oversight and analytical decision-making capabilities. 

 

You will demonstrate a solid understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle, including localization, quality assurance, and production cycles, while overseeing projects at a strategic level. Your knowledge of mobile and web technologies will prove essential, alongside your experience in guiding discussions on UI, UX, architecture, API development, and technical integrations. 

 

Additionally, your ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders will be instrumental in achieving strategic objectives. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to influence executive-level decision-making and foster relationships across diverse teams and partners. You will succeed in this role thanks to your demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes projects, ensuring long-term strategic goals are met while maintaining attention to detail. 

 

Experience in managing multi-country initiatives and dealing with external partnerships is essential for this role. 

 

Additionally, you will demonstrate your proficiency in using business intelligence data tools for analysis on apps and websites.
