About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Junior Licensing Product Development Manager to Support the Licensing Product Development Manager and the commercial team in product development, project management and approval processes across all Ferrero brands

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your ability to manage processes and timelines, you will contribute to the coordination of the global product development process, supporting both the Licensing Product Development Manager and the commercial team. Your involvement will span from the early development stages to the final approval of products, toys, packaging, advertising, and digital materials across all Ferrero brands. You will play a role in making sure each step is completed within the expected schedule and in line with creative expectations.

You will regularly connect with a range of internal teams (Marketing, GTO, PG, STedi, Digital, PFMs, and local business units) as well as external partners such as licensors and creative or research agencies. Through these interactions, you will help maintain consistency and alignment throughout the approval process. Uploading artwork to licensors' platforms (including OPA, BrandComply, Mediabox, and LAS) and updating internal systems like PLM, Wave, and SAP will be part of your daily routine, ensuring smooth tracking and communication.

Your awareness of both regional trends and creative processes will support you in gathering and sharing relevant insights internally and externally. You’ll help meet the creative expectations of licensors and business units by coordinating assets, guidelines, and materials throughout the process. This includes making sure samples are delivered to licensors for final approval, and monitoring that all outputs reflect the appropriate brand styleguides and creative requirements.

Who we are looking for:

Thanks to your 1–3 years of experience in an FMCG or marketing environment, you’re familiar with fast-paced settings where timelines matter. Exposure to licensing would add an extra edge, especially in a global context. Your ability to work across different markets and cultures will help you navigate international collaborations with ease.

You will bring strong communication and influencing skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. With an analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving, you’ll be able to support projects with a clear focus on achieving results. A dynamic and flexible attitude will help you adapt quickly, especially when managing priorities under pressure or within tight deadlines.

Comfort with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is important in your daily tasks. Your ability to manage projects efficiently will also benefit from your proficiency in IT. If you have some experience with Photoshop, that’s a welcome addition. Fluency in English is key to the role, and any additional language skills will be considered an advantage.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!

How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:
