Junior Finance Process Analyst - Payable & Receivable (12 months fixed-term contract)

About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for Junior Process Analyst within the Finance team, who will be reporting to the Accounts Payable and Receivable Lead.

 

Join our team in a key role responsible for overseeing and continuously improving Accounts Payable and Receivable processes across the organization. Acting as the link between Finance, Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) Procurement, IT, Internal Audit, Controlling, Legal and other stakeholders, you will ensure that AP and AR processes are executed efficiently, compliantly and in line with business requirements. 

Main Responsibilities:

You will monitor day-to-day operations, follow key performance indicators, support reconciliations and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities. You will also help ensure that internal controls, procedures and accounting policies are applied consistently.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, BPO partners and functions such as Procurement, IT, Internal Audit, Controlling and Legal to review operational performance, address process-related topics and coordinate follow-up actions. You will also act as a point of contact for process escalations and support audit activities by coordinating documentation and stakeholder interactions.

Thanks to your analytical and organisational skills, you will identify process improvement opportunities, support automation and system enhancement initiatives, and contribute to projects related to AP and AR operations. Your ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities will help ensure effective process execution and continuous improvement.

About You:

You have a Master's degree in Accounting, along with 1 to 3 years of experience. You are a proactive and analytical professional with a strong process-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, Audit and external service providers, ensuring effective coordination, issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

You are comfortable managing cross-functional discussions, analyzing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and driving actions to enhance process performance and compliance. A solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, as well as experience with SAP, Excel and Power BI, is important.

You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken, while knowledge of Italian and French would be considered an advantage.
