About the Role:

 

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a curious, open and proactive Junior Brand Manager within the Travel Market Department, who will be in charge of the Biscuit Category, reporting to the Travel Market Category Manager of Kinder & Biscuit. 
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Thanks to your ability to analyze markets and trends, you will contribute to shaping the Biscuit category and brand strategies in alignment with global teams. Your insights will help refine marketing approaches and support the positioning of our products in travel retail, particularly in airports. By conducting market research and competitor analysis, you will provide valuable input to decision-making processes, ensuring that strategies remain relevant and competitive. 

 

You will play an active role in marketing activations and product launches, helping to bring new innovations to life in travel retail locations. By assisting in the coordination of trade marketing and digital campaigns, you will help create engaging experiences for travelers, enhancing brand visibility and consumer connection. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives will contribute to the smooth execution of marketing plans. 

 

Collaboration will be at the heart of your role as you work closely with internal and external teams, including Presidenza, trade marketing, and agencies. Your ability to communicate effectively and align different stakeholders will be essential in ensuring seamless implementation of marketing initiatives. Through cross-functional teamwork, you will gain exposure to brand management, innovation, and the dynamic nature of a global business environment.

With 2 to 4 years of experience, ideally within the FMCG sector, you have developed an advanced command of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. These skills enable you to structure ideas clearly, analyze data effectively, and support decision-making with well-prepared presentations and reports.
