About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking a talented Junior Brand Manager to join our Ferrero Rocher Core team. You will play a crucial role in reinforcing the strategic development and operational deployment of our current workstreams.
In this role, you will assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing Ferrero Rocher's strategy, contributing to the brand's continued success and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Sustainable packaging & Brand Social Responsibility
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will support the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of Ferrero Rocher's sustainable packaging projects for all types of packaging materials, including plastic and Controlled Room Temperature (CRT), for the Rocher Core compact and gifting boxes portfolio. Covering this role, you will assist Areas and Business Units in transitioning to sustainable packaging by providing dedicated sustainability communication materials, such as PR toolkits and guidelines for sustainable packaging communication to consumers and trade.
Furthermore, you will actively participate and support the deployment of Ferrero Rocher’s Brand Social Responsibility (BSR) framework in digital and on-pack communication. You will also coordinate the global annual update of the Rocher sustainable packaging website and its roll-out in new markets. Moreover, you will be involved in setting up and evaluating consumer research on sustainable packaging.
Point of Sales Materials (POSM) management and Budget Management
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and ensuring the efficient and timely implementation of the new POSM materials on a global level.
Together with the Brand Manager, you will consolidate marketing investments, track the budget, and assist in managing the Rocher Core marketing budget by organizing regular update sessions.
Lastly, you will actively participate and support the Brand Manager on various new global Rocher Core packaging projects, assisting Areas with local packaging customization development.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related, combined with 1-3 years of experience in FMCG and operational or strategic marketing activities. Your strong analytical skills will be crucial, complemented by your project management abilities. You will demonstrate the ability to be dynamic, flexible, and proactive while being result-oriented with attention to detail.
Your capability to work in a structured matrix environment will be valuable, alongside your cultural understanding and fluent organizational integration skills. Your ability to influence will prove essential, alongside your proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Additionally, your familiarity with Ferrero Tools in SAP Architecture and knowledge of Wave/IGM, Nielsen/IRI databases will be beneficial.
Moreover, you will thrive in this role thanks to your effective communication skills and strong analytical abilities. A genuine interest in sustainable packaging and brand social responsibility will further enhance your impact in this position. Your experience in project management will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.
