Junior Brand Manager Bakery
About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters and in our Bakery Division, we are looking for a talented Junior Brand Manager who will support the Senior Brand Manager Bakery managing and developing the category in our Headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your ability to work across multiple initiatives, you will actively contribute to projects linked to the 3-year strategic plan and activity grid. You will be involved in proximity innovation topics such as new product development, geographical roll-outs, flavor management, packaging development, and the launch of new advertising campaigns, while monitoring progress and timelines in line with the roadmap led by the Category Team.
You will collaborate on a regular basis with cross-functional teams including Business Units, Technical, Digital, Consumer Shopping Understanding, Operations, and Legal, helping align inputs around planned initiatives. Thanks to your exposure to consumer insights and data analysis, you will support research briefs, participate in qualitative and quantitative studies, and help translate findings into actionable proposals, while also assisting with mockups and product samples alongside internal and external partners.
You will support the design, development, and maintenance of the product portfolio, contributing to simplification initiatives and consistency across markets. This includes preparing packaging and advertising briefs, evaluating agency proposals, coordinating with external suppliers, producing brand guidelines and templates, certifying artworks, and tracking budgets. You will also monitor market and competition performance through global Sell In and Sell Out analysis, follow project costs versus budget, suggest corrective actions when needed, and manage requisitions for goods through SAP.
About You:
Thanks to your academic background in Marketing, Management, Economics or an equivalent field, combined with at least 2 years of experience in FMCG within Brand Management, Trade Marketing or a similar role, you will bring a solid understanding of how brands operate across markets. You will rely on your multi-market and cultural awareness, along with strong communication and influencing skills, to navigate diverse stakeholders and contexts.
You will apply your analytical, financial and project management skills to manage priorities and deliver within demanding timelines. Thanks to your dynamism, flexibility and curiosity, you will feel comfortable working in high-pressure situations and adapting quickly when needed.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your result-oriented mindset, assertiveness and open-minded approach. You will also contribute through your strong command of Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, your experience with Nielsen or IRI databases, and your familiarity with SAP architecture, while fluent English will allow you to collaborate effectively, with additional languages being a valued asset in a proactive and collaborative working environment.
