About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Job Evaluation Specialist to join our Reward team inside our People & Organization function.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will support the Job Evaluation Manager in maintaining and improving the Group grading process. This includes planning grading sessions, managing communications with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data preparation and system updates using HRIS tools.
Moreover, you will contribute to the execution of grading sessions by ensuring timely planning, documentation availability, and system updates.
You will also help to ensure consistent application of job evaluation guidelines across regions and assist in their local implementation.
Finally, your role will be to perform regular system checks and data analyses to monitor grading consistency and identify potential gaps.
You will support invoice verification and cost tracking, while guiding HR stakeholders on job evaluation procedures and tools, ensuring effective communication of updates across the Group.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or other related fields with 1-3 years of experience in analytical roles inside multinational companies with matrix organization.
Additionally, you are able to understand business processes, identify risks and opportunities, and execute detailed data analysis.
You will leverage your analytical mindset and project management skills to succeed in this role, while your communication and teamwork abilities will enable you to build strong business relationships and effectively manage stakeholders.
Last but not least, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP with your fluency in English.
