About the Role:

 

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an industrial controller to ensure financial reliability, consolidation and to Support the Group I&SC Controlling on Industrial controlling guidelines’ definition, Actual results monitoring and Risk&Opp consolidation for Board preparation (GMT/Operations Board and Industrial Board).
 

Main Responsibilities:

 

In this role, you will collaborate with the Group Industrial Manager to help define guidelines and targets across the Area and Plant levels, ensuring they are properly communicated and implemented. Your expertise will be key in supporting the Group Industrial & Supply Chain Controlling teams throughout the planning process, engaging with Area and local entities to discuss Budget targets and results. You will actively analyze planning, budget, and SAF targets, providing insights on investments, financial outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement while suggesting corrective actions.

 

Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you will synthesize key data at the Group level for Actuals, Rolling Forecasts, Planning, and Budget processes within the industrial scope, ensuring consistency with HFM. You'll play an important role in consolidating and challenging the monthly Rolling Forecasts prepared by Area Controllers, with the support of Local Controllers, while supporting the Industrial Board/Operations Board and the GMT preparation. 

 

You will oversee the controlling model for industrial cost with specific focus on labor, energy and maintenance costs. You will liaise with Area Industrial & Supply Chain Controllers to maintain alignment on targets and KPI evolution, ensuring coherence with managerial and statutory industrial results. Your responsibilities also include coordinating planning scenarios, supporting reconciliations between the Group Reporting system (HFM) and SAP, and support the preparation for the Technical Investment and Group Investment Committees for industrial initiatives.
 

Who we are looking for:

 

Thanks to your university degree in Finance, Controlling, and Accounting, along with 7-10 years of experience as an industrial controller, you bring a solid foundation in managing financial processes. Ideally, your experience has been shaped within the FMCG industry and in an international business environment, providing you with a broad understanding of complex market dynamics.

 

You demonstrate a deep knowledge of financial management, accounting, and controlling, complemented by expertise in commercial economics. Your fluency in English allows you to operate seamlessly in a global setting, facilitating collaboration and effective communication across teams and regions.

 

Your leadership skills and proactive, autonomous mindset enable you to take initiative and drive results. With strong interpersonal abilities and a talent for problem-solving, you can navigate challenges and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Your communication and computing skills further enhance your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and handle the technical demands of the role.
