About the Role:

 

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an HCo Industrial & Supply Chain controller to join our finance team.  

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

In this role, your ability to offer a comprehensive view of Group HCo consolidated Industrial & Supply results will be instrumental. You'll play an important role in overseeing financial controlling activities related to HCo Industrial and Supply Chain costs. Thanks to your autonomy in sharing information with both the HCo Controlling Manager and the HCo Industrial & Supply Manager, you'll ensure the accuracy of variance analysis, business cases, and projects

 

Your tasks will involve consolidating actuals on transformation costs and Supply Chain KPIs while providing insightful explanations for any deviations against guidelines, budget, and forecasts. Additionally, you'll lend support to HCo Industrial and Supply counterparts in analyzing targets and making strategic decisions, such as assessing the business case for new plants or supply network adjustments. Interacting directly with HCo Industrial & Supply Chain Manager and local controllers, you'll conduct cross-Plant cost benchmarking evaluations and manage cross-Country industrial information efficiently. 

 

Your role will also encompass facilitating decision-making processes regarding Planning/Budget/SAF targets. You'll meticulously analyze investment financial results, identify improvement areas, and suggest corrective actions as necessary. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for monitoring investments (CAPEX) and providing insightful reports to the HCo controlling manager and HCo Industrial & Supply Manager. Your coordination of transversal activities on footprint, benchmarking analysis, and technology will ensure smooth operations, while your support in identifying mitigation actions on industrial and Supply chain cost deviations through cross-Country analysis will be significant. 

 
 

Who we are looking for:

 

You will bring 4 to 6 years of experience in similar activities, such as controlling, accounting, reporting, financial analysis, or modeling, along with your master's degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A key aspect of the role involves flexibility and analytical skills, complemented by strong project management and interpersonal abilities. 

 

Thanks to your advanced knowledge of MS Office, Essbase/HFM/SAP, or similar tools, and Business Intelligence Tools, you will contribute significantly to the team's success. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for effectively performing all tasks associated with this role. 

 

You will play an important role in leveraging your expertise and skills to support the team in various financial functions, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of responsibilities.
