You will also be involved in organizing the production of samples and mockups, coordinating with internal stakeholders or external agencies.

You will support the design, development, and maintenance of the product portfolio, contributing to simplification efforts across departments. Your role will include creating packaging design and advertising (ADV) briefs for agencies, taking part in the evaluation of proposals, and ensuring the completion of related activities. You will follow up on artwork timelines and implementation across key markets, coordinate with external suppliers for mockups and artworks, and help improve the execution of the strategic plan to enhance market presence and product visibility. Additionally, you will prepare and share brand guidelines, create templates, and certify artworks. Finally, you will monitor costs against the allocated budget, implement adjustments when required, and manage requisitions for goods and services through SAP.

Thanks to your analytical mindset, financial awareness, and project management abilities, you will be able to manage multiple priorities. Your proactive attitude, flexibility, and capacity to work under pressure within tight deadlines will also contribute to your ability to meet objectives.

You will add value through your command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), your familiarity with Nielsen/IRI databases, and your understanding of SAP architecture. You are also available to occasionally travel for this role.
