About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an IT Internal Audit Assistant Manager who will lead and manage IT audit team activities and drive impactful IT internal audit reviews. In this role, you will have the autonomy to oversee and execute diverse internal audit reviews across the Information Technology function globally, in line with the Group Internal Audit methodology and the IIA standards. Your leadership and insight will play a key role in enhancing Ferrero’s governance, risk management, and internal control systems. You will report to the Group IT Internal Audit Senior Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your expertise, you will lead and execute risk-based IT internal audit reviews, acting as the primary interface with stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span all geographic locations, business units, and our Headquarters, ensuring comprehensive coverage and insightful IT audits.
You will handle day-to-day IT internal audit activities, assessing the effectiveness of our organization’s governance, IT risk management, and IT internal control systems. Your role includes monitoring the work performed by the junior team member and reporting to the GIA IT Audit Senior Manager, ensuring high standards and effective teamwork.
You will conduct independent risk-focused assurance reviews of the operating design, effectiveness and efficiency of IT infrastructure, network, applications and governance. Your tasks will involve documenting IT audit findings, communicating them and your recommendations to key stakeholders, and leading the preparation of Internal Audit Reports with business-focused recommendations. Additionally, you will perform follow-up reviews to confirm the implementation of agreed corrective actions, maintain and update IT audit programs and tools, and contribute to GIA continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university degree background in Computer Science, Information Technology or Systems, Information Security or equivalent. The Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) / Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is a requirement.
You possess 4 to 6 years of professional business experience in IT Internal Audits, Technology risk consulting or Compliance. Experience in Big 4 and/or multinational Manufacturing/Consumer Products companies operating in the sweet and package food, are considered a plus.
You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of information technology, the SAP ERP system, technology risk management, audit testing methodology, data analytics and IT General Computer Controls, supported by your strong problem-solving and project management skills. You conduct IT internal audit reviews with integrity and accuracy and possess the critical thinking, resilience, and technical competencies to identify and assess risks. You will have a good understanding of systems infrastructure (networks, hardware, operating systems, databases, and applications). Additionally, you will have experience with and knowledge of IT standards and key regulations impacting IT such as COBIT, ISO 270001, NIST Cybersecurity or ITIL.
You are an excellent written and oral communicator who is fluent in English, enthusiastic about working both individually and as part of a team, supporting a continuous improvement culture, and adapt in an ever-changing environment. You are willing to travel internationally between 40% to 50% of your time.
