IT Account Manager Finance
About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for an IT Account Manager Finance to join Ferrero’s IT team on a permanent contract. You will help shape how Finance works through technology, translating business needs into clear IT choices. Close to the Finance Platform, you will learn, discover, and create real impact by supporting decisions that protect quality, care, and craftsmanship across our systems and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support your manager in shaping the technology landscape for global Finance processes. By contributing to architecture studies and solution choices, you will help connect business goals with reliable IT foundations, ensuring initiatives are consistent, scalable, and aligned with Ferrero’s long‑term mission and standards.
Moreover, you will follow IT initiatives from idea to delivery, working with colleagues across Finance, IT expertise teams, and partners. You will track progress, clarify needs, and help projects stay on course, so solutions are delivered on time and bring clear value to everyday Finance activities.
In addition, you will take care of operational and governance activities that keep work running smoothly. You will support budget follow‑up for small improvements, ensure financial rules are respected, and manage administrative steps that allow projects to start and grow with transparency and trust.
About You:
You bring a master’s degree in engineering, information technology, economics, or a related field, and a 3 to 6 years of professional experience connected to IT, Finance, or both. You use this background to understand processes and translate them into practical solutions.
You can collaborate in English with colleagues from different countries and cultures, and you communicate clearly in writing and conversation. Experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods context, knowledge of SAP ERP or Oracle, or another European language can help you contribute more quickly.
You enjoy learning and taking responsibility, and you approach problems with structure and care. You can organize tasks, follow budgets, and support projects, while staying open to feedback and ready to grow your story within Ferrero.
