About the Role:

Thanks to your collaboration with the IP Manager, you will contribute to managing intellectual property (IP) activities across the Latin America, the UK and Russia ensuring effective coordination and support for IP-related processes.
You will oversee tasks related to IP management, including maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance with relevant regulations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations.
You will rely on your organizational skills and ability to manage priorities to ensure the smooth execution of IP projects, while working closely with the team to meet the company’s objectives.
 

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your expertise, you will draft and review agreements related to intellectual property (IP), ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and standards.
You will coordinate and provide instructions to both in-house teams and external counsel, manage IP infringement cases, and offer guidance on IP matters for marketing and sales activities.
You will also assist in implementing internal compliance programs related to IP and, occasionally, may be required to travel internationally to support the company’s global initiatives.
 

Who we are looking for:

Thanks to your academic background, including an MSc in Law or a related field (a Master’s in IP is considered a plus), you bring at least 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property law gained in-house, at a law firm, or within public administration. Experience with IP matters related to Latin America, the UK, and Russia will be highly valued.
You will use your strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively to collaborate with different teams.
You will use your proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to support your work efficiently.
Fluency in English is essential for this role, while knowledge of Italian or French will be considered an advantage.
