About the Role:

You will join the Commercial Supply Chain team, working directly with the Commercial Supply Chain Manager to contribute to team goals and support the efficient execution of supply chain activities for a 6-month internship starting from March 2025 in our Luxembourg Headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

You will work alongside internal and external stakeholders to support key supply chain functions, including supply planning, freshness assessments, and tracking production request changes. Through your collaboration, these areas will remain well-coordinated and aligned with operational goals.
Your responsibilities will also include customer service activities, such as overseeing sea freight administration and managing the order-to-cash process to maintain efficient handling of transactions and deliveries. 
Additionally, you will assist in generating regular performance reports, coordinating labeling activities, and ensuring stock accuracy within the commercial supply chain. By maintaining and updating material master data, you will help ensure accurate and effective information flow, contributing to the overall efficiency of supply chain operations.
 

Who we are looking for:

With a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, you possess the analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, enabling you to tackle tasks with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Your ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency will help you meet deadlines, while your strong problem-solving and organizational skills will keep projects on track. Additionally, fluency in English is crucial for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
