INTERNSHIP Sales and Business Analyst - Channel and Customer Development (starting from Sep 2020)

About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a motivated intern to join our Sales and Business Development Department in a six-month internship experience (starting from September 2020). You will actively contribute to the team's day-to-day activities in their role as the main point of reference in the area of Sales for all Business Units worldwide by providing guidance and cross-market expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generation of channel and customer insights for key geographies;
  • Contribution to projects related to category management;
  • Development of a Group Standard for defining variables and effective Route to Market models;
  • Support on the development of country fact books;
  • Development of reporting tools to improve the measurement of our sales performance.


Who we are looking for:


  • Master Student or Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills;
  • A detail- and result-oriented mindset;
  • Dynamic, proactive approach with an ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.


IT Skills

  • Good skills in MS-Office applications;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • First experience with SAP and/or Nieslen/Kantar/IRI is considered a plus.



  • English is mandatory;
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
