About the Role:
In this position, you will support the International Accounts Team in structuring and analyzing the relevant market/clients data related to the global markets.
Main Responsibilities:
You will able to develop commercial tracking tools, by consolidating data of all International Accounts, in order to analyze performance and provide reports. With the use of Clients Databases, Powerpoint and BI you will be able to provide weekly and monthly performance updates (analysis of Sell-in, Stock, Forecast, Sell-out by client/region/country/airport/store at brand and product level). Similarly, you will also provide updated clients presentations.
On top of that, you will help the team in keeping the files updated across repositories and folders (such as specific client databases, tracking and extracting pricing data from the key customer websites for both Ferrero and key competitors).
Moreover, you will provide support on the ongoing commercial and strategic projects of the International Accounts as needed.
Your other activities will include following up on and analyzing the activity grid, ensuring alignment and collaboration with all internal departments. Additionally, you will interact with brand ambassadors, building a weekly reporting tool for performance tracking.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You will bring your educational background in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related fields.
You have a proactive mindset and a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment. Your strong organizational skills and willingness to learn will drive your continuous improvement.
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SAP and your fluency in English.
