About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking a skilled SBD Controlling Intern to join the Sales & Business Development (SBD) team. In this role, you will support various activities, including monthly reporting, sales estimation, cost controlling, claim management, and ad-hoc profitability analyses.
You will also collaborate with Business Partners, such as the Sales and Trade Marketing Teams, Finance Administration, Overhead Controlling, Group Revenue Management & Pricing, and the Sales & Business Development department.
Main Responsibilities:
Covering this role, you will perform monthly P&L analysis, including TopLine by Customer/Channel and Brand/SKU, cost variances versus the previous year and reference scenario, and presentation of results. You will also perform cost controlling activities on Advertising and Promotions, Supply Chain, General & Administrative costs, through clear reporting files and in collaboration with Business Partners.
In this position, you will support sales estimations (Weekly and Monthly Sales Estimate) and Full Year P&L estimation by collecting assumptions on Revenues and Costs, uploading inputs in Oracle, and preparing presentations. You will also perform Claims Management activities for Travel Market business, including support to Customer Service, Credit Note workflow tracking, Credit Note preparation, and Reporting.
Moreover, you will maintain key SKU and Customer information in SAP, including Price Lists, Standard Costs, Rebate Agreements, and Credit Limits. Your role extends to performing monthly Stock analysis by Brand. Together with the SBD Controlling team, you will support ad-hoc analyses of profitability, new product launches, and new projects.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You will bring a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Your advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be valuable alongside a strong foundation in financial analysis.
A genuine interest in being proactive and curious, demonstrating commitment and initiative, will further enhance your impact in this position.
