INTERNSHIP Reward Europe Multi-Countries (Starting from September)
About the Role:
As a Reward intern for Europe Multi-Countries, you will support the Reward team in compensation and benefits activities across several European countries.
Based in Luxembourg, you will contribute to data checks, reward processes, and pay transparency activities, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance while learning how reward supports people and business impact.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support key data checks for the annual salary review and the Short Term Incentive (STI) campaign, making sure inputs are consistent and ready for use. You will help prepare clear reports and presentations so internal teams can understand results, trends, and next steps, and you will track updates with care and precision.
Moreover, you will assist throughout the year-end salary review journey, from system updates to STI calculations and employee communications. You will help keep timelines on track, document changes, and contribute to messages that are easy to follow. You will also support the maintenance of the job grading database, keeping it reliable and up to date.
Finally, you will contribute to work linked to the EU Equal Pay/Pay Transparency Directive by helping analyze pay gaps and gender pay data across EU countries. You will collaborate with HR Administration and HR Information System teams to improve data quality and digital tools, and you will support People Business Partners with timely answers on reward topics.
About You:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
You will bring your educational background in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and you are ready to grow through hands-on work with reward data and processes.
You can interpret numbers, spot inconsistencies, and present findings in a clear way, so your work supports decisions. You use Excel and PowerPoint confidently and you are fluent in English.
You handle confidential information with discretion, and you organize your work carefully, even when priorities shift. If you have used HR systems such as SAP or SuccessFactors, you can apply that experience to support accurate updates.
