About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to join our dynamic Responsible Sourcing team inside our Procurement function.
By covering this internship, you will work with the team on key analytical issues while interacting with different stakeholders within the organization, from Responsible Sourcing team members to category buyers to CSR&S teams.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the department across all the key analytical issues such as sourcing mapping, dashboard set-up or support on methodologies definition.
Additionally, you will play a significant role in major projects, such as CO2 mapping, with a particular emphasis on Scope 3 emissions. This will involve detailed analysis and collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive mapping of CO2 emissions, contributing to the organization's sustainability goals.
Finally, your mission will be to set up and maintain the dashboards for CO2 KPIs in Power BI. This will include designing, implementing, and regularly updating dashboards to track and report on various metrics.
Your work will ensure that the organization has accurate and up-to-date information to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You will bring your educational background in Science, Engineering or Business.
Your interpersonal, listening, and stakeholders management skills will be essential to interact with different stakeholders within the organization.
As an analytical person, you excel at working with numbers.
On top of this, the key to your success will be your knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI and your fluency in English.
