About the Role:
At Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we’re looking for an intern to join our Supply Chain function for a 6-month internship starting in September 2025. Thanks to your involvement, you will gain practical insight into tools and systems used in end-to-end planning, while learning more about process design, data architecture, and stakeholder collaboration within a live project environment.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the team working on the Planning Operating Model (OM) Redesign project. You will be involved in the implementation of ongoing initiatives aimed at improving planning processes and tools.
Thanks to your organizational skills and attention to detail, you will assist with tool implementation tasks, such as documenting tests and supporting users. You will also help review and record key design decisions, contribute to the preparation and follow-up of User Acceptance Testing, and support the creation or update of training materials and project documentation.
Your ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly will be helpful in coordinating with various stakeholders and contributing to the overall progress of the project.
You will contribute to advanced planning tool design activities by helping document system configurations, testing outcomes, and preparing user training materials. In parallel, you will support project management tasks such as maintaining trackers, updating project status reports, and summarizing key discussions.

Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management related fields. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are results-oriented, and have a knack for solving complex problems.
You will bring good communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Python may be an advantage. An analytical mindset will help you support data collection, perform basic analysis, and contribute to identifying insights.
Comfort with participating in cross-functional meetings and adapting to new tools and processes will be appreciated. Exposure to system-related projects, as well as an openness to continuous improvement, will support your active role in team workflows and process enhancement.
Your curiosity about data flows, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration will support your ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
