INTERNSHIP Operation Supply Chain Scenario
About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for someone to join the team that supports and coordinates strategic supply chain initiatives across Ferrero’s regions and categories. Thanks to your interest in working in cross-functional environments, you will contribute to projects that help guide the evolution of our supply chain, while developing a broad understanding of how global operations connect.
You will collaborate with stakeholders from Europe, North America, APAC MEA and International regions, helping maintain alignment between supply chain, industrial and business master plans. With your analytical approach and organizational mindset, you will assist in consolidating information, anticipating potential challenges and supporting the follow-up of key initiatives, including infrastructure projects and activities linked to the innovation pipeline.
Main Responsibilities:
You will contribute to the coordination and support of strategic supply chain projects across regions and categories, working alongside diverse teams and stakeholders. Thanks to your involvement, you will help connect information, follow project steps, and assist in maintaining a smooth collaboration flow.
You will take part in activities linked to long-term supply chain strategies, such as network design, capex planning and feasibility studies. Your analytical approach will support the preparation of materials and the consolidation of data that feed into these initiatives.
You will help monitor project progress by gathering inputs, organizing results and sharing clear updates with senior leaders. Through this exposure, you will also participate in benchmarking efforts and continuous improvement actions aimed at enhancing supply chain solutions.
You will support the alignment of supply chain activities with industrial and business priorities, contributing to the preparation of projects that accompany future growth and helping ensure consistency across strategic discussions.
About You:
Your communication and analytical abilities support you in sharing information clearly and engaging with people at various levels of the organization. With your proactive and detail-oriented approach, you manage tasks with care and handle multiple priorities while maintaining discretion when dealing with sensitive topics.
Background in supply chain, engineering or business are considered as a plus. Experience in project management helps you follow ongoing activities, contribute to structured workflows and collaborate with colleagues from different areas.
You will use your fluency in English to navigate daily interactions, while any additional language can offer an advantage in cross-regional exchanges. Your familiarity with Microsoft Office tools will help you prepare materials, organize information and support the team's activities effectively.
