About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a motivated intern who will be reporting directly to the Expat Reward Manager inside our People & Organization function.

By covering this internship, you will assist the Expat team with the daily Expat and Benefits management. The activities will allow you to have a good understanding of how international mobility can be managed and which are the main activities.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support benefits management and international mobility such as allowances set up and update, Letters of Assignment & Contractual Documents Management.
Also, your mission will be to help in expat salary review activities and coverage management (request, extension, closure) for Expats seconded from Luxembourg.

Additionally, you will be involved in Expat projects follow-up such as the ExpatBook review supporting on the potential impacts liked to the latter and/or Benefits projects as the launch of the Global Benefits Repository Tool (Greater Insight).

Finally, you will be able to interact with other departments such as HRIS, People & Experience, Region Reward, Finance, Risk Insurance, Procurement and external consultants.

Who we are looking for:

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.

You will bring your educational background in Human Resources, Management or other related field.

You possess excellent communication and organizational skills while being an analytical person.

On top of this, the key to your success will be your strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), your fluency in English and your intermediate level of French to interact with some Luxembourgish authorities.
