About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a dynamic Human Resources Information System intern to join our team and support the implementation and optimization of HR processes within HR systems.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with key HR modules, while contributing to global HR projects.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this internship, you will assist in configuring and utilizing key SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment, Preboarding, and Offboarding, under the guidance of senior team members. You will also play a role in resolving global HR system-related issues, helping to find solutions to system questions and challenges to ensure smooth operations.
Additionally, your mission will be to support PeopleDoc system solutions and standardization activities, as well as assist in custom Workforce Planning (WFP) and Onboarding systems.
You will contribute to global HR projects by coordinating and implementing activities, gaining exposure to cross-functional and international teams.
Finally, you will provide support to HR/HRIS teams in using HRIS systems, and assist with system testing, data validation, and reporting as needed.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You will bring your educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
You have a strong motivation for learning about people processes and the employee lifecycle, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Finally, you will bring your basic knowledge of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, offboarding) and your fluency in English.
