INTERNSHIP Group People Experience (Starting from September)

About the Role:

As intern at Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, you will help shape how our people experience feels, sounds, and lives every day.

Your mission will be to support the People Experience strategy through clear internal communication and thoughtful employee experience actions. You will work closely with the People Experience Manager and colleagues across countries, and you will discover the tools and practices that help employees feel informed, included, and connected.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the design and delivery of internal communication and employee experience campaigns, from the first idea to the final message. You will craft and refine content for different channels, such as the intranet, digital signage, and our internal social platforms, while preparing clear briefs for creative agencies.

Moreover, you will help run and improve the local intranet and support the move toward a more modern digital workplace. You will source, create, and update content with colleagues from different functions, and you will strengthen how we track and learn from usage data to increase adoption and engagement.

Finally, you will contribute to wider projects linked to Group transformation, including initiatives that support Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). You will also help organize internal events, such as Town Halls and global digital activations with Marketing, so employees can connect with what matters and see the impact.

About You:

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.

You will bring your educational background in Communications, Business, or Marketing, and you follow communication and employee experience trends. You enjoy using digital tools and online platforms to build clear messages.

You can work with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and you have used SharePoint and/or another content management system. You write with care, you review details before publishing, and you keep information simple and easy to navigate.

You are fluent in English, and you can collaborate with colleagues across locations. You are interested in communication, social media, and employee engagement, and you can deliver on agreed timelines while keeping quality high.
