About the Role:

You will join our dynamic central Finance department to support the Group Financial Standards (GFS) and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams for a 6-month internship starting from September 2025 in our Luxembourg Headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

You will assist the Central BPO Team in supporting the implementation and improvement of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data alignment with systems like SAP and OCR. You will also contribute to finance-related administrative activities such as managing purchase requisitions and supporting vendor invoice processes.

In addition, you will provide support on various ad hoc projects for both the BPO and GFS teams. You will assist the Master Data and Intercompany Manager in driving various initiatives and providing support to ensure that system tables are promptly updated for specific Group tools, such as the ICM tool and VAT code setups. You will be responsible for performing periodic or quarterly updates of the Workflow IBAN tables and following up on requests for updates sent to the countries. You will also play a key role in creating and monitoring reports concerning open purchase orders and aging on aged payables, which will be sent centrally to the counties for resolution.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in business meetings, allowing you to gain valuable insight into new flows and procedures, thus deepening your understanding of the everyday operations within a central department of a multinational organization.

Who we are looking for:

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period.  In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.

With a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, you will bring strong communication abilities and an aptitude for working within a complex, matrixed organization. Thanks to your problem-solving and results-oriented approach, you will be able to navigate challenges effectively.

Your role will also require solid analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel. Your familiarity with these tools will support your ability to handle data and reports efficiently. Fluency in English is essential.

Join our Headquarters with this amazing opportunity!
