About the Role:
You will join the Group Finance IT Controlling team to manage IT OPEX and CAPEX efficiently for a 6-month internship starting from March 2025 in our Luxembourg Headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the financial oversight of IT CAPEX investments across both central and local levels within Ferrero Group. This includes contributing to financial planning processes such as budgeting and forecasting, reviewing and approving investment proposals, as well as assisting with managerial reporting.
Thanks to your involvement, you will help oversee IT OPEX by supporting financial planning and providing delta analysis for managerial reports. Additionally, you will assist IT CAPEX and OPEX Controllers with the monthly financial closure for Group IT. You will manage and maintain IT planning tools, including Oracle for CAPEX and SCOP/ZEUS for OPEX, while collaborating with the IT Controlling team to adapt to changing priorities and workload fluctuations.
Who we are looking for:
You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in Administration or Controlling. An interest in IT topics will be useful due to the nature of the department’s work.
Your ability to create and improve databases, primarily in Excel and potentially other platforms, will enable you to perform tasks like extracting and consolidating data from diverse sources. Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills as a valued asset.
