About the Role:
At Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we’re looking for an intern to join our Supply Chain function for a 6-month internship starting in September 2025. The position reports to the Global Demand Planning CoE Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the global rollout of the demand planning system and contribute to the ongoing improvement of related processes and capabilities. Thanks to your analytical mindset, you will help establish and maintain a system usage quality management process by setting up reporting on key performance indicators, analyzing results, and offering recommendations for improvement.
You will also play a role in organizing and connecting the global demand planning community in markets where the system has already been implemented. This includes coordinating a network of planners, promoting knowledge sharing, and collecting best practices that can serve as reference points for the Group.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with regional and area demand planning teams, engaging regularly with markets to support system usage and contribute to capability-building efforts.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, Business Analytics related fields. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are results-oriented, and have a knack for solving complex problems.
You will work with the Office package, particularly Excel. You are fluent in English with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration.
Analytical thinking, clear communication skills will help you manage complex projects and timelines. You demonstrate learning agility and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and environments. Your problem-solving approach allows you to translate insights into practical actions that support continuous improvement.
