About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking an intern to join the CSU Europe Area Innovation team.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the CSU manager transversally on all tasks.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing consumer and shopper data across European countries. Your role extends to building a database that helps comprehend weak signals and allows for the anticipation of trends.
You will enhance our capacity to understand the key drivers for successful innovation. Thanks to your efforts, we will be better equipped to identify and leverage these drivers.
Moreover, you will develop new tools or approaches, including pilots and tests. Your innovative mindset will be crucial in this area.
Covering this position, you will support the preparation of reviews with the Area team. This includes conducting research, market tests, and tracking launches.
Together with local CSU teams in Germany, France, and Italy, you will foster strong working relationships. Your collaboration will be key to our success.
Additionally, you will maintain relations with central teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Who we are looking for:
You will contribute thanks to your degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business School, or Market Research. Your knowledge of data analytics and business analytics will be crucial, complemented by your curiosity about marketing matters.
You will demonstrate the ability to collect and analyze data while developing insights that drive business decisions.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your strong analytical abilities and your proactive approach to problem-solving. Your technical skills will be key as well, enabling you to handle complex datasets and present findings clearly.
A genuine interest in market research will further enhance your impact in this position. You also thrive in dynamic environments and your ability to adapt to new challenges will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.
Lastly, your skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and macros will prove essential, alongside your fluency in English.
