About the Role:

At Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for an intern to join our Supply Chain function for a 6-month internship starting in September 2025. The intern will report to the KPS Surprises Planning and Stock Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the Surprises Planning team in coordinating and monitoring materials related to iconic products such as Kinder Joy and Kinder Surprise. Thanks to your attention to detail, you will help track availability using systems like SAP APO, SAP IBP, and BW reports, and align dispatch schedules with key stakeholders, including production plants and suppliers.

You will contribute to stock management activities by assisting with projection analyses at various consumption locations. Your involvement will help ensure accurate visibility over stock levels and demand evolution in collaboration with the markets.

In addition, you will help consolidate internal documentation related to planning processes. You will also support communication with other departments, such as supplier contacts and Marketing, to gather and integrate any missing information.

Who we are looking for:

To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.

You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management related fields. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are results-oriented, and have a knack for solving complex problems.

You will work with the Office package, particularly Excel.  You are fluent in English with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration.

Analytical thinking, clear communication, and problem-solving skills will help you manage complex projects and timelines. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work in a team setting are also important in this role.
