About the Role:

Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a motivated intern for a six-month internship to join the Sales Business Development (SBD) Function Integration and support the PMO in Sales Business Coordination & Development.

Main Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the SBD Function Integration and PMO, you will provide support to the Sales Business Coordination and Development team, streamlining daily activities and managing workflow efficiently.

 

Covering this role you will also enhance team collaboration within SBD by coordinating project-based activities and supporting project teams with administrative tasks.

 

Your main activities will include assisting the manager by reviewing the agenda and content, scheduling and coordinating meetings, recording meeting minutes, preparing follow-up communications post-meeting. You will also maintain, and update action item trackers, prepare supporting documents and presentation materials, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring knowledge from a degree in Business Administration or related fields. 


You will excel in this position thanks to your excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) combined with your ability to drive the implementation of ongoing tasks successfully to completion.


Your strong organizational and multitasking skills, and your capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively will also be valuable. 


On top of this, you take ownership, can determine appropriate channels of communication and employ active listening.


Any prior experience in Project Management or knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban) would be useful.


Lastly, you possess technical skills in core MS suite applications (Word, Excel and especially Powerpoint).
